What are squishy toys?
Squishy toys are soft, squeezable toys designed for stress relief, sensory play, collecting, and decoration. They are fun to squeeze, display, and collect. Not suitable for children under 14. Adult supervision is recommended.
Are Squnny products edible?
No. Squnny products are not food and are not edible. Please do not eat, bite, chew, swallow, or place them in your mouth.
What materials are squishy toys made from?
Squishy toys may be made from materials such as polyurethane foam, silicone, rubber, resin, plastic, paint, coatings, fragrance, or other decorative materials, depending on the specific product.
Why does my squishy look slightly different from the photos?
Many squishy toys are handmade or hand-finished, so small differences may occur from item to item. Minor variations in color, shape, paint details, texture, scent, softness, seams, surface stickiness, or slight deformation are normal and are not considered defects.
Do squishy toys have a scent?
Some squishy toys may have a light scent due to fragrance, materials, packaging, or production. Scent strength may vary from item to item. If you are sensitive to fragrance, please consider this before purchasing.
Is surface stickiness normal?
Yes, some squishy toys may feel slightly sticky or tacky on the surface. This can be normal for certain materials, finishes, or production batches.
Can children use Squnny products?
Adult supervision is recommended when products are used by children. Please keep squishy toys away from babies, small children, pets, and anyone who may bite, chew, swallow, tear apart, or misuse them.
How should I care for my squishy toy?
Keep your squishy toy away from heat, fire, sharp objects, water, heavy pressure, and direct sunlight. Do not tear, stretch, burn, heat, or intentionally damage the product. Gentle squeezing is recommended.
Can I wash my squishy toy?
We do not recommend soaking or fully washing squishy toys, as water may damage the material, paint, scent, or surface finish. If needed, gently wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it air dry.
Why does my squishy have small bubbles, seams, or paint imperfections?
Small bubbles, slight seams, minor paint marks, or surface imperfections can happen during production, hand-finishing, packaging, or shipping. These are common for squishy toys and handmade decorative items.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Squnny ships to the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping within the United States is $7.99. We offer free Standard Shipping on orders over $29.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery time is usually 5-7 business days after your order has shipped. For popular items, limited releases, or products with high order volume, additional waiting time may be required.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.
Can I return my order?
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Opened or used squishy toys are not eligible for return due to hygiene considerations.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@squnny.com. Include your order number, the email used to place the order, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at service@squnny.com. We will do our best to help before the order is processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
